Hi Oza! Sorry if I haven’t been around that much. Took a short break from blogging. hehe. Oh, btw, I believe the stretching should be done before the walk. It helps warm up your muscles for the activity and prevents you from having injuries. Stay safe! =)

Hey Ryhen!
Blogging Breaks are good — I’ll be taking a Computer Break as of this coming Thursday… till about Saturday. The web is cool… but there’s a whole other world out there, right?
As for warming up before going out for a walk, a slow-paced walk IS my warm-up. I do a few leg stretches before I leave, but that’s it. When I come back from my 2-hour walks (VERY brisk walks with lots of going up and down the river banks), that’s when the stretching comes in handy… and a bit of yoga too.
